About

Blaise T. Ryan

R. AC, R. TCMP,

ONTARIO: LICENSED REGISTERED ACUPUNCTURIST (R.AC) & REGISTERED TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER (R.TCMP)

Blaise T. Ryan has been practising Asian medicine and therapeutic techniques for over 25 years.  He began his formal studies in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the year 2000.  Prior to that he lived and traveled throughout Asia studying traditional Thai massage, Indian energy healing, food healing, and a variety of Asian martial arts.
In clinical practice since 2004 in Ottawa, Blaise is best known for his Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic skills.  Being proficient in pulse reading, tongue diagnosis, face reading, palpation, postural assessment, combined with his years of clinical experience, he is able to explain in simple terms the Chinese medical understanding of even the most complex and mysterious symptoms and ailments.
This is an important step on the path to healing.  Only when the problem is properly diagnosed, can the treatment be effective.  If the root cause of the problem is not treated, then symptom relief is at best temporary.
Traditional Chinese Medicine, when properly understood and applied is one of the world’s most advanced and cohesive systems of medicine.  Only with today’s modern science are we beginning to understand the depth of accuracy to this ancient medicine.
Blaise’s mission is to be an emissary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Asian Acupuncture and help his patients unlock the healing power within their own bodies.
Blaise offers services in English and French.

“I try my absolute best with each and every patient to get them back on their feet as soon as possible.  Some patients require long-term care, but most acute cases can experience relief within 1-3 treatments.”
